She will provide you with several food options, guidance on how to pair foods allowing you to create meals of your choice, and education to encourage this to be a long term lifestyle change.

However, this leaves many teams battling for time and space during practices, forcing coaches to push strength and conditioning aside. Athletes need special attention and programing to build the proper strength, speed, agility, flexibility, and conditioning to perform at their absolute fullest potential. As a former professional athlete herself, Gail works specifically with your coach in designing programs for sports such as hockey, gymnastics, cheerleading, and tumbling.
